The Science of Parenting: Positive Discipline

Guidance and discipline is often voiced by parents as their number one concern. If you are an adult caregiver of children ages 0-18 years, this workshop will help you see positive discipline as an opportunity to build positive parent-child relationships. You will learn about the difference between discipline and punishment. as well as how to increase strong parent-child relationships. Three strategies for positive discipline and the use of Stop. Breathe. Talk. will also be introduced.
