Everything DiSC Management
Everything DiSC Management focuses on your DiSC management style when you are directing and delegating, motivating, developing others, and working with your manager. Participants learn about their strengths and challenges as managers and how to adapt to meet the needs of those they supervise.
The Everything DiSC workshops provide participants with techniques to improve awareness of self and others in order to be more effective in the workplace and contribute to a positive workplace culture. By delivering personalized insights built around an easy-to-understand model, Everything DiSC helps participants at all levels of an organization build key social and emotional skills, improving workplace satisfaction, results, and relationships.

This is a 7 hour face-to-face workshop.
Cost to Participants
$130 per participant. Fee is non-refundable once assessment is completed.
Registration is arranged by Professional Development through Conference Planning and Management.
