      Now is the time to join 4-H!

 

Our office is closed to the public until further notice.  During this time, our staff are available via phone message (641-673-5841) and email (xmahaska@iastate.edu).  All ISU Extension and Outreach events have either been cancelled, postponed, or changed to virtual until at least May 31, 2020.  As we learn more and as events are rescheduled, we will add posts to our website and Facebook pages.
Iowa State Students wishing to access our network internet will be able to do so in our parking lot or parked on North I Street in front of our building.  Other college students may access WiFi using MCG's public access at http://www.mahaska.org/public-wifi.

animal identification changes
April 15, 2020

The May 15 statewide animal identification deadline has been moved to June 1, 2020.  Swine, Sheep, and Meat Goat weigh-ins have been CANCELLED due to the outbreak off COVID-19.  This article contains additional information about the cancellation and procedures in place to identify animals.
