The Southeast Iowa Agricultural Research Association (SEIARA) owns and co-manages the Southeast Research and Demonstration Farm near Crawfordsville. Association members come primarily from twenty-one counties, and each of those counties has a representative on the Association’s Board of Directors.

Iowa State University Extension and Outreach in Lee County has named a new Office Assistant – Alisha Davidson of Donnellson.  Davidson has previous experience with Donnellson Health Center as a Business Office Manager.

Iowa State University Extension and Outreach of Lee County will host a Windbreak 101: Planning and Restoration Course on Wednesday, April 10 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Class will be held at the Lee County Extension Office, 414 North Main Street, Donnellson. This class is for anyone who is interested in learning about how windbreaks can provide many benefits.
