The 2020 Keokuk County Expo Fair will be a ractopamine fed-free fair for all species, and all livestock will be taken home.

7th and 8th grade 4-H members in Keokuk, Washington, Iowa and Johnson County are welcomed to participate in this year's spring overnight Junior High trip to Kansas City on April 17th & 18th!
The YMCA

Keokuk County 4-H Ywill be holding a Lock-In event at the YMCA in Ottumwa on March 6th. Youth will be swimming, climbing the rock wall, playing games, and much more! ISU Extension and Outreach Swine Specialist, Tom Miller will be leading a meeting over the topic of "Paylean-Free Fair," on the evening of February 20th at 6:30 pm at the Keokuk County Extension Office in Sigourney.

Applications are now being accepted for a Summer STEM Camp Coordinator. This position will serve Iowa, Johnson, Keokuk, and Washington counties. Applications are due February 28th.

    Every June, almost 900 teenagers converge on the campus of Iowa State University for 3 days full of speakers, workshops, mixers, dances, a banquet, and community service activities.

  • Clover Kids is a FUN 4-H program for children in kindergarten through third grade. Children participate in hands-on activities designed to build many life skills!

    Addresses youths’ basic needs through the eight essential elements: caring adults, safe environments, inclusive settings, and opportunities for mastery, service, self-determination, planning for the future and engaged learning.

  • Provides financial resources to develop and deliver quality 4-H youth programs and opportunities throughout the state of Iowa.
