The Johnson County Extension and Outreach office is open to the public M-F, 8am-5pm.
 

We ask that you help keep our staff and patrons safe by please using hand sanitizer, sign-in upon arrival and please wear a face mask when entering the office space. We take serving Iowans seriously, which is why we are prioritizing the health and safety of our community and staff. If you have had any flu-like symptoms, fever, congestion or have traveled outside the county in recent days, please do not enter. Instead, call our office at 319-337-2145. Thank you for your efforts to keep everyone safe!

The training is targeted toward farmers, certified crop advisors, ag professionals and independent crop consultants.

Training will be held at the Southeast Research and Demonstration Farm in Crawfordsville, IA.

June 4, 2021

Iowa State Extension and Outreach field specialists are offering a workshop in Washington County for women to learn about the basics of tile drainage, including economic and water quality considerations. The workshop is free and includes materials to accompany presentations and a meal served at 5:30 PM. Please register by calling the Washington County Extension Office at (319) 653-4811.
