4-H 202: Iowa 4-H Livestock Show Requirements
ALL animals may be identified in the 4-H Online system. You, as a member, must identify all animals. The following help sheets are designed to help with the entry of animals. If an individual does not have internet access or needs assistance entering animals, they should contact the Extension Office.

Deadlines

- Animal Identification Deadline (Zero Exceptions)
- 4-H Mentor - A screened adult who helps a 4-H youth learn how to groom, fit, and prepare animal for county show. Must be filled out by anyone who is not having a parent/guardian or local 4-H'er help prepare the animals.

- YQCA Training - Completed annually for those exhibiting beef, dairy, goats, poultry, rabbits, sheep, or swine exhibits. Remember to bring a copy of Certification to our office
- Fair Entry - Opens May 18th, 2022 - Closes June 10th, 2022 - This is where you will register the projects you want to take to the county fair! Please call the office if you have any questions.
