Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid USA is an 8-hour training to teach participants how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. To help someone in need, people must become more aware and informed about mental health and substance use issues. Learn to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders and about tools to help you start the conversation and provide initial help and support.

Youth Mental Health First Aid

Young adults can experience mental health or addiction challenges. If you are an adult who interacts with youth (ages 6-18), this course introduces common mental health challenges for youth and reviews typical adolescent development. You will learn a 5-step action plan for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations.
