Child Care Provider Trainings - $5, 2 hr.; Topic vary; Learn about healthy, affordable food choices and physical activities you can offer for children in your care. Topics available relate to nutrition, finance, and family life.

Home-Based Food Operators: Regulations & Food Safety

Retirement Workshops - $0; Make informed decisions about your retirement.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers - $35; Manage the stress that comes with being a caregiver.

Sow. Grow. Eat. Keep. - $0; Watch a video series that takes you through the processes of growing, preparing and preserving garden produce.

QPR Suicide Prevention Training - $0; 60-90 minutes; People trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help.

Youth Mental Health First Aid - $0-35; 6 hours; This virtual program will provide adults with tools they can use to identify when a youth (ages 6-18) in their life might be struggling with a mental health and/or substance use problem.
