Livestock Exhibitors
- Identify all animals in 4-H Online by May 15.
- Changes coming to YQCA. After April 1, 2022 verify that your certification is up-to-date.
- Register livestock in the class(es) you intend to show them in FairEntry. Not sure what class? Check the fairbook or contact the Extension Office at 563-425-3331 or fayette4h@iastate.edu
May 15 ID Deadline - Applies to all 4-H and FFA Exhibitors
May 15 is an Iowa 4-H statewide deadline for livestock. All animals with the exception of pets, poultry and rabbits must be identified in 4-HOnline by May 15. If you have any questions, please call 563-425-3331 or email fayette4h@iastate.edu.

In today's world, food safety is one of animal producers' biggest responsibilities.
All 4-H livestock exhibitors are required to be YQCA certified for county and
State Fair exhibition for the following species: Beef, Dairy Cattle, Dairy Goats, Meat Goats, Sheep, Swine, Poultry and Rabbits.Youth can also complete YQCA training online.
NEW YQCA WEBSITE - GET REGISTERED FOR YOUR CLASS TODAY!
EVERYONE MUST CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT
1. Go to: https://yqcaprogram.org/login/index.php
3. Register (as the parent) for a new account
2. Complete all registration fields, but under "Organization Affiliation" choose "parent"
3. Submit registration & then go to your email you used associated with your new account, to verify your account + link from your email should direct your back to the YQCA website
4. Click "Add Child" + complete all required fields
5. Click "submit" or "submit and add another child"
6. Data Sharing Consent - Click "yes" or "no" - then click "submit"
7. Home Page - Courses - Select your preferred option for course ONLINE OR INSTRUCTOR options by age group + add course to cart

Communications and Clothing Event Exhibitors
- Register Communication and Clothing Exhibits in FairEntry by June 15.
- Be sure to select your t-shirt size by June 15 and pay for it by June 22.
- Fill out and bring to judging on July 6 - the Clothing Report Form for Fashion Revue, Clothing Selection, $20 Challenge, and Innovative Design.

Static Exhibitors
- If you are only exhibiting Static Exhibits at county fair, be sure to log into FairEntry and select your t-shirt size by June 15 and pay for it by June 22.
- Static Exhibits pre-registration closes on July 12 but can be entered earlier!
