Accessibility training for Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher.

Most of the instructions included apply to all of the Microsoft Office products, and by default the focus is on Microsoft Word. If instructions differ by product, a logo of the product the instructions are for are next to the steps. Instructions for both Windows and Mac users are included in the training.

Microsoft Office 2016 or Microsoft Office 365 (installed apps, not the online version) is recommended for Windows users. Microsoft Office 365 (installed apps, not the online version) is recommended for Mac users. Images and instructions may vary slightly if you are using a different version.

Accessibility training for Adobe InDesign.

The training will help you maximize accessibility when building new InDesign documents. Design and layout decisions will determine how easy or hard remediating for accessibility will be, so considering accessibility issues from the beginning of the document design could minimize the amount of labor required during remediation in Acrobat Pro.

InDesign CC 2019 is recommended. If you are using a different version, images and instructions may vary slightly. Instructions for both Windows and Mac users are included in the training.

The training provided will help you maximize the accessibility of a PDF document.
