She has an undergraduate degree in Ag Education from University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Master's of Science degree in Sustainable Food Systems from Green Mountain College. Brittany will provide leadership to the Dubuque Eats Well Coalition and focus on advancing the Dubuque County Food System. She has also worked with her own horticulture enterprise, as a Horticulturalist at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts and Greenhouse Specialist at FarmTek. |
