Iowans are invited to join the State 4-H Council in a community effort to donate non-perishable food items throughout the month of November! Food items can be dropped off on the bench located outside the Des Moines County Extension office begining November 2.

Des Moines County 4-H is excited and proud to announce the establishment of a county endowment fund with the Iowa 4-H Foundation.  There are over 75 county endowment funds established with the Iowa 4-H Foundation.

The partnership of Des Moines County and Iowa 4-H foundation provides benefits to local supporters and the local 4-H program.  The county endowment fund replaces the formally known Friends of 4-H.  There are several ways to give towards the Des Moines County Endowment. Follow the link to get more information.
