The Delaware County Extension Council is comprised of 9 elected members. The council meets the first Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Delaware County Extension Office (1417 N. Franklin St. Manchester) unless noted on the agenda. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and space requirements, the public can join the Extension Council Meeting online or via the phone number included on the meeting notice.
