To enter in the Agronomy Project, exhibitors must complete entry in FairEntry in late May (check 4-H Newsletter for specific date each year). The Report Form and Crop Production Worksheet should be completed with as much information as possible for the judging in late June and completely finished for the final judging at the Fair.

Market Beef are weighed-in in December. After weigh-in families must enter 4-H market beef data into 4honline by February 1st. All Market Beef Exhibits must be entered in their respective classes in FairEntry by July 1st. Check-in forms and Drug Affidavits are due at Fair check-in.

Breeding Beef must be identified in 4honline before May 15th. Breeding Beef Exhibits must be entered in their respective classes in FairEntry by July 1st. Check-in forms are due at Fair check-in.
- Cow-Calf Project Information

Cow-Calf Exhibits: Only beef heifer projects which were tattooed for the cow-calf class during a previous Delaware County Fair may be entered in this class. Cow-Calf pairs must be identified in 4honline by May 15th. Cow-Calf pairs must be entered in their respective classes in FairEntry by July 1st. A Cow/Calf Check-in form is due at Fair check-in. Pen of 3 Exhibits must be weighed-in at the December weigh-in, and entered in 4honline by February 1st. Pen of 3 exhibits must be entered in their respective classes in FairEntry by July 1st. Dairy identification must be completed before May 15th in 4honline or identification forms must be submitted to the Extension Office by May 15th. Dairy project animals may be owned or leased. If identifying a leased animal, the Dairy Project Lease Document must be completed and turned into the Extension Office by May 15. Dairy animals must be entered in their respective classes in FairEntry by July 1st. Check-in Forms are to be turned in at Fair check-in. Clothing Event Information
All Clothing Event entries must be entered in FairEntry in late May (check 4-H Newsletter for specific date each year). Report forms must be completed and turned in the night of judging for the Delaware County Fair Clothing Event, in addition to your photo and style commentary card! If you have questions please contact the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Delaware County Office.
