American State Bank and First Nation Bank will provide the official Clarke County Fair Shirt for ALL 4-H and FFA participants! There needs to be one form PER member turned into the office.

Exhibitors may turn in their forms to leaders, advisors, or directly to the Extension Office but forms must be at the office by the deadline. To show at the fair you must order a t-shirt. Our shirt supplier will not be ordering extras so please have order forms in by May 1st.

If you would like to order an additional t-shirt, your payment must accompany the order form. Check or cash will be accepted, checks may be made payable to the Clarke County Extension.

All youth that will be showing beef, dairy, meat goat, poultry, rabbit, sheep or swine at the Clarke County Fair and/or State Fair are required to take the Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) Training. Please go to https://yqcaprogram.org and log in with 4hOnline credentials. The county deadline is May 15, 2023. The cost for online training is $12.

In person training was held at Clarke County Fairgrounds, Tuesday, March 28th from 6:00-7:30pm. The cost for in person training is $3.  You must register online at the website above, before you can attend.

2023 YQCA In-Person Training was highly attended Clarke County had 43 youth attend this local training. Katie and Carolyn would like to say Thank You!!! to Paula for picking up and delivering-9 Large Pizzas and cases of water, Amanda and Hayze Oswald for your generosity and hard work providing the desserts! The kiddos DEVOURED the pizza and desserts. Megan Carlson-4-H Youth Program Specialist for presenting the training and handing out participation prizes! The Clarke County Fairgrounds for the use of the large space and to the parents and attendees for fitting this training into your busy schedules.
