The Jackson Lucky Clovers 4-H Club has partnered with the City of Clarksville to initiate a Community Garden Project.  The Clarksville Community Garden is located at 540 W Wilmans Street in Clarksville.  The Jackson Lucky Clovers 4-H Club will be helping with the set-up and on-going support of the Comununity Garden Project.  Individuals can lease one or more garden plots and will be responsible for the maintenence and upkeep of their plot(s). 4-H Camp Counselors

Those currently in 9th through 12th grade have the opportunity to be camp counselors at 4-H Jr Camp.  4-H camp is one of the best experiences 4-H members can have during the summer months.  It is a great way for camp staff to help youth get their developmental needs met in creative ways.

Being a family caregiver comes with many responsibilites.  The caregiver must make financial decisions for themselves and the care receiver.  Topics will include: Understanding Your Starting Point, Why It's Essential to Plan, Don't Forget to Plan for YOUR Retirement, Paying for Care, and Effective Communication.

Registration is now open for the 2019 Iowa 4-H Youth Conference for all 8th through 12th graders on the ISU campus in Ames June 25-27, 2019.  For more information on this year's fun-filled leadership conference "A Universe of Possibilities"  and to register go to:  https://www.extension.iastate.edu/4h/iowa4hyouthconference.  Registration is due by June 1st.
