Below are the goal sheets that you will need to use for the Appanoose County Fair! If the 4-H member is in 4th Grade, they will need to be printed on green paper. If the exhibit is a County Only Creative Art, you will need to print on pink paper. FFA Exhibits will need to be printed on yellow paper. All other goal sheets will be white. Colored paper may be obtained from the Extension Office.

Appanoose County Fair Livestock Pre-Entry/Stall Fee Info

Pre-Entry must be completed online in FairEntry & Stall Fees turned in to the Appanoose County Extension Office in order to show livestock at the 2023 Appanoose County Fair. Entries are to be completed online by the exhibitors/families; this is when you will determine the classes you wish to show your animals in. Appanoose County does not accept online payments, therefore all stall fees must be paid with cash or check and turned into the Appanoose County Extension Office no later than 5:00 p.m. June 30th, 2023. If you wish to receive assistance from staff with the online entry process, please come prepared with your family’s 4-H Online login information, a list of classes you plan to enter your animals in, current YQCA certificate, animal registration papers if required, and animal vaccination certificate (dogs and cats).
Entries & Stall Fees Open: Thursday, June 15th, 2023
(No Pre-Entry will be done before this date.)
Entries & Stall Fees Close: Friday, June 30th, 2023 @ 5:00 p.m.
No late fees or entries apply after the last day of the Pre-Entry Deadline, there are no exceptions if the deadline is missed.
Pre-Entry Help Days: June 28th, 29th, and 30th
Staff will be available to provide assistance to any families with the entry process during these Help Days. Families are welcome to stop by the office any other day while entries are open, we just ask that you call ahead to assure that a staff member will be available to assist you when you stop in.
