YQCA

In today's world, food safety is one of animal producers' biggest responsibilities. With over 15,000 Iowa 4-H'ers enrolled in livestock projects, about 17 million pounds of meat is produced each year.

The goal of this program is to help youth and their parents better understand what they can do to produce the safest food possible.

Families will be receiving a family letter with more details and instructions on how to register for either the online training or in-person training (letters sent out on 1/10/2024). When registering visit https://yqcaprogram.org/. If you did not create a new account last spring, you will have to do that in order to register for an in-person training or to certify online.
