Spring Field Day

Tuesday - Friday, June 23 - 26, 2020, 8:00 - 8:30 a.m.

A different topic each day

Open to the public at no cost but registration is necessary

0.5 CCA CEU will be available for the last three presentations.

 

It appears that doing a live Spring Field Day on-site will not be an option this June. Usually there are four stops on the field day, with each stop being about 30 minutes long. So we are planning to do each planned stop virtually, with one thirty-minute "stop" each morning at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23 through Friday, June 26, 2020. "Stops" will be:

As with the Spring Field Day (see above), the usual June continuing Instruction for Certified Crop Advisors will be conducted virtually in 2020. The fee to attend the meeting will be $25.00.

Directions to the Southeast Research and Demonstration Farm:
The farm is located at 3115 Louisa-Washington Road, Crawfordsville, IA 52621-9749.

From Crawfordsville, go south on Highway 218 for 1.75 miles. Turn left (east) on G-62 and go for 2 miles. Turn left (north) on Louisa-Washington Road and go for .75 mile.

From Cotter (junction of Highway 92 and Louisa County Road W66), go south on W66 for 6 miles. Turn right (west) on 100th Street and go for 1 mile to County Line Road / Louisa-Washington Road. Turn left (south) and go for 0.25 mile to the farm entrance.
