
For over 100 years, Iowa 4-H Youth Development has been delivering research-based educational programs for K-12 youth in Iowa. Using the experiential model of “do, reflect, apply,” 4-H programs help young people explore life skills and potential college and career opportunities though research-based learning experiences in Agriculture and Natural Resources, Communication and the Arts, Healthy Living, Leadership and Civic Engagement, and STEM. Nearly 100,000 youth in Iowa participate in 4-H youth development programming each year.
