Communication: expand connections among women in agriculture by managing external communications and stakeholder satisfaction. Capacity-building: support ISUEO Agriculture and Natural Resources (ANR) programs by managing educator collaboration and building organizational capacity. Public value: create public value through the land-grant university by managing financial resources for greatest stewardship and impact. Our Commitment The Iowa women we serve are farmers, agribusiness leaders, community volunteers, family communicators, and visionaries of tomorrow’s rural landscapes. They are influential decision makers. As educators, our vision is to work together to develop new programs and create strong connections among learners. Through courses, peer groups, online networks and special events, we encourage women in agriculture to increase their knowledge and take important actions towards improving their lives and enhancing Iowa agriculture.
