Powerful Tools for Caregivers

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a class designed to provide you—the family caregiver—with the skills you need to take care of yourself.
Six two-and-a-half hour class sessions held once a week are led by certified, experienced class leaders.
You’ll learn to:
• Reduce stress
• Better communicate your feelings
• Improve self-confidence
• Increase ability to make tough decisions
• Balance your life
• Locate helpful resources
When you take care of yourself, everyone benefits.
Date: March 8, 15, 22, 29 & April 5, 12, 2019 (Weather make-ups 4/26 & 5/3)
Time: 9:30 am - Noon
Location: NEI3A, 607 Washington St., Decorah
Cost: $30 (includes Caregiver Help Book - $30 value)

The fees for service will be used to offset direct expenses and to support the Human Sciences County Extension Program.
