Along with the Foods for Iowa 4-H Fairs – Quick Reference Guide (2023), our colleagues at AnswerLine recently shared the blog post “Safe Frosting for Iowa 4-H Fairs”. Staff are encouraged to share this blog widely with 4-H members and families, as well as have printed copies available for Food and Nutrition judges at county fair.
