Please join us for a two-day workshop examining the microbes that can make or break a wine. Participants will receive hands-on instruction in microbiological lab techniques for winemaking. Instruction will also cover sanitation strategies and the sensory impact of spoilage microbes. Register here by midnight December 27, 2017. Pre-registration is required.
