This two-day intensive workshop will include an in-depth look at the chemistry of winemaking. Topics include sugars, acids, phenolic compounds, nitrogen and many others that are important to understand what’s happening from grapes to bottle. Hands-on demonstrations and experiments will boost your understanding of key chemical parameters in grape juice and wine. Presenters include all MGWII enology staff. This workshop is geared towards industry professionals, or home winemakers that want to gain a more insightful perspective on their fermentations. Basic high school level chemistry is strongly recommended. Please contact Erin Norton, email@example.com, should you have any questions or concerns regarding this.
