Sarahi Trejo

Sarahi Trejo joined the institute in July of 2018 as the new program assistant. She is originally from Queretaro Mexico, but has lived in Iowa for 20 years. She recently graduated from ISU with a B.S in Horticulture, option- Food Crop Production & Management in Spring of 2018. She has interned with The Cellar at White Oak Winery and Vineyard. At the institute she will assist in a variety of things from administrative duties, to assisting the staff and helping plan workshops, events, and seminars.
