Course description

Participants will learn a variety of skills in wine evaluation to become proficient in tasting wines critically.

Exercises will be completed in white and red wine aroma identifications, varietal identifications, wine flaws and faults, and consistency in scoring among others. The deadline to register is June 15th.

Space is limited, to ensure a spot register today.

The workshop fee of $75.00 covers all necessary equipment, wine tasting, and setup. Lunch will also be provided for participants.
