Winter Beach Party Planned March 4 for K - 3rd Graders

Beach Party

Winter has officially hit the Washington County area, so the 4-H program is busy planning a special Winter Beach Party for Clover Kids and their friends on March 4. It will be a busy afternoon of snacks, crafts, music, games, and prizes straight from the beach! It will be a great way to ‘heat up’ the winter season.

Hosted by the 4-H ELITE Project Team, the Winter Beach Party is one of their special projects this year serving the youth of Washington County. It will be held Sunday, March 4, from 1p.m.-5p.m. at the Washington Community Y. Clover Kids must complete the registration form but have no fee as this event is supported by the 4-H butter braid fundraiser this fall. Non-clover kid members are welcome to join the fun by completing the registration form with a $10 fee to cover expenses. Registration forms available by clicking here.

Clover Kid members are encouraged to register and bring friends to show them what Clover Kids is all about and take a break from those winter blues. Clover Kids is a 4-H program for youth in K-3 grade. All activities are age appropriate in a safe and fun environment. There are currently eight Clover Kids clubs in Washington County.
