Every meal donated gives participants a chance to win an ISU football autographed by head football coach Matt Campbell.
 
Washington County Extension invites all to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Iowa State University Extension and Outreach in Washington County by donating 100 meals to local food pantries.  Click here for flyer.
 
Please bring the ingredients listed below in a reusable shopping bag to Washington County Extension by December 20 at 4:30 pm. This recipe will prepare the healthy meal “Chicken Enchilada Bake” from the ISU Healthy & Homemade Cookbook.
 
10 oz Canned Chicken packed in water
2 – 15 oz can no salt added whole corn
2 – 16 oz fat free refried beans
2 – 15 oz can no sale added black beans
Spanish Rice Packet
16 oz Mild Salsa
Mild Chili Powder
Whole grain tortillas
Cooking spray
 
As a Christmas bonus – every meal donated gives participants a chance to win an ISU football autographed by head football coach Matt Campbell. Winner will be drawn December 21 – just in time for Christmas and to cheer ISU on in the Alamo Bowl.
