2020 Iowa Fruit and Vegetable Growers Annual Conference

Join us at the Iowa Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association annual conference, January 23-24, 2020 in Ankeny, IA. The conference will be held at the FFA Enrichment Center on the DMACC Campus, 1055 SW Prairie Trail Parkway, Ankeny, IA 50023. The conference includes presentations by academic experts, industry professionals and expert growers and a tradeshow featuring exhibitors with the latest seeds, supplies, equipment, and grower information. The Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship – Pesticide Bureau has granted approval for recertification credits for fruit and vegetable commercial and private pesticide applicators at the conference.

2016 Fruit and Vegetable Field Day (15 August, 2016)

AMES, Iowa – Iowa State University Extension and Outreach is hosting the 2016 Fruit and Vegetable Field Day on Monday, Aug. 15 at the Iowa State University Horticulture Research Station near Ames. The annual event will feature various research and demonstration projects on commercial fruit and vegetable production for farmers, extension personnel and Master Gardeners. It is free and supper is included.The ISU Horticulture Research Station is located at 55519 170th Street, Ames, IA. The field day will run from 2:00-6:30 p.m.
