4-H Pathway

Individuals, families, organizations, businesses and groups may purchase recognition bricks which will be permanently installed in the pathway located on the Story County Fairgrounds. An engraved granite block or clay brick would make a wonderful way to remember those special times and people you know or have known in the Story County 4-H program. Bricks are available for a donation of $100 and blocks for $250. Your donation is tax deductible.

You may put up to 3 lines (14 characters per line) on a brick and up to 6 lines (14 characters per line) on a block. Logos such as a 4-H clover cost an addition $25. Though not required, you are welcome to also submit a story with your brick or block order.

If you have questions, contact: Story County Extension Office 515-337-1601. The Pathway campaign is part of the ongoing effort to grow the Story County 4-H Endowment.

" Celebrating Story County 4-H "

In 2009, artist Dean Biechler produced an original work of art which brings back memories for all of us of our days at the County Fair.  The original sold for $600 at the Barns, Buttons, 'N' Bows 4-H Fundraiser that year.
With a donation of $40, you will receive a limited edition, signed and numbered color print (11" x 14").  A packet of 10
note cards featuring the print is available for a donation of $5.
Here is a great way to support the 4-H youth of Story County and take home a wonderful memento of your 4-H years.
