The purpose of the National Extension Leadership Development (NELD) is to build leadership in Cooperative Extension at all levels and provide current and future Extension leaders with the vision, courage, and tools to lead in a changing world.

NELD North Central provides participants a chance to explore new concepts and strategies for effective leadership and organizational change. NELD North Central is sponsored by Cooperative Extension in 12 North Central states.
