Leadership Academy

All ISU Extension and Outreach employees are eligible to apply for participation in the Leadership Academy. Over the course of one year, participants in this program will focus on 4 components of leadership development: self-awareness, leadership theory and best practice, understanding and building teams, and organizational leadership.

Participants will be engaged in face-to-face, online, and independent learning opportunities and group assignments. It will be a cohort experience with a selection including individuals who represent a diversity of roles throughout the organization, providing opportunities to network and learn more about ISU Extension and Outreach on a broad scale.

Program Goals
