The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team was created to help individuals become better teammates. Participants will learn a specific model of team development that will be used as a basis for helping them become better teammates. Even though the model is about teams, the focus of this training is on the individual. Participant profiles are tailored, based on assessment responses, so they provide a very personalized take on how the five behaviors apply to each participant. Participants will walk away with a common language to use to talk about teams.
