The Everything DiSC workshops provide participants with techniques to improve awareness of self and others in order to be more effective in the workplace and contribute to a positive workplace culture. By delivering personalized insights built around an easy-to-understand model, Everything DiSC helps participants at all levels of an organization build key social and emotional skills, improving workplace satisfaction, results, and relationships.
Everything DiSC Workplace - Everything DiSC Workplace is a workshop to build the universal DiSC language. Participants discover their DiSC style and learn about the other styles. They will explore the ways to most effectively work with styles like and unlike their own. This workshop is delivered virtually or face to face.
Everything DiSC Productive Conflict - Everything DiSC Productive Conflict participants learn about their DiSC communication style in conflict and how to handle conflict more productively as they deepen their understanding of styles in conflict as well as sharpen their ability to reframe destructive thoughts.
Everything DiSC Management - Everything DiSC Management focuses on your DiSC management style when you are directing and delegating, motivating, developing others, and working with your manager. Participants learn about their strengths and challenges as managers and how to adapt to meet the needs of those they supervise.
Everything DiSC Work of Leaders - Everything DiSC Work of Leaders will help you discover your DiSC leadership style and learn a simple three-step process approach to the fundamental work of leaders: Vision, Alignment, and Execution. Work of Leaders connects to real-world demands, generating powerful conversations that provide a clear path for action.
Also available, Everything DiSC Community of Practice. The Everything DiSC Community of Practice is a virtual, 50-minute monthly session focusing on a different topic from the Everything DISC Workplace workshop. This free opportunity helps us keep the DiSC mindset by diving deeper into subjects like, exploring the Catalyst platform, limitations within each style, DiSC Theory, styles in meetings and using DiSC one to one.
