Work of Leaders is a workshop to help you discover your DiSC leadership style and learn a simple three-step process to help you approach the fundamental work of leaders: Vision, Alignment, and Execution. Work of Leaders connects to real-world demands, generating powerful conversations that provide a clear path for action.

Participants will be able to:

  • Receive tangible steps directed at leading a group or organization toward a desired outcome.
  • Understand how their tendencies influence their effectiveness in specific leadership situations.
  • Understand themselves better -- the first step to becoming more effective when leading others.

This workshop provides a simple, compelling process that helps leaders get real results as it improves self-awareness in key areas that will help you get better outcomes as a leader.

Workshop facilitators: Alison DePenning, Professional Development and Karen Lathrop, Organizational Advancement Specialist.
