Everything DiSC Management Workshop

A manager’s communication style is central to creating and maintaining a positive work environment. Everything DiSC Management is a great tool to help you and your employees learn about how to add value to your organization and create or strengthen a positive work environment. Everything DiSC Management focuses on your DiSC management style when you are directing and delegating, motivating, developing others, and working with your manager. Participants learn about their strengths and challenges as managers and how to adapt to meet the needs of the people they manage – assisting them in becoming effective managers.

The goals of the training include:

  • Discovering your management style and priorities that drive you as a manager
  • Explore the influence your management style has on how you manage time, make decisions, and approach problems
  • Identify the needs of the people you manage as it relates to delegating, motivating, and developing
  • Discovering different approaches for getting buy in from your manager
