The Enabling Garden, Altoona, Iowa will have its spring plant sale from 12:00 -3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, 2020. The beautifully landscaped garden is located at 1050 1st Ave. S., Altoona, IA 50009, southeast of the Hy-Vee loading dock.
