: ServSafe Food Safety Manager Training and Certification.

: Eight-hour food safety training and certification course which meets the Certified Food Protection Manager requirement. Register for this class online at Class size is limited. Registration closes three weeks prior to class date. All workshop participants must study the ServSafe manual BEFORE the workshop in order to pass the exam. The book will be mailed to you from the ISU Registration Center once you have registered. The price of the book is included in the $150 workshop fee. The ServSafe certification exam not easy. To increase your chances of passing on the first try, please schedule time to read the book thoroughly, and complete all exercises in the book.
