Polk County Extension and Young Children: Priority One to Host a Community Baby Shower

Expecting a little bundle of joy? Polk County Extension and Young Children: Priority One are hosting a party in your honor!
 
There will be food, games and wonderful baby gifts, including a backpack baby supply bag, a “snuggly,” a digital baby thermometer, and lots of information about services for new parents!
 
Meet other expecting mothers while receiving great information about pregnancy nutrition and ways to support your baby’s brain development.
 
You’re welcome to bring one guest: the Dad-to-be or another family member or friend.
 
The workshop will be held on Saturday, April 27th from 11:30 am to 1 pm. Located at the North Side Library: 3516 5th Ave., Des Moines, IA 50313. Registration is intended for expecting mothers with limited resources.
