Plans are in the works for the Fall Frenzy Festival hosted by the Plymouth County 4-H Foundation on Sunday, October 20th from 2:00-5:00 p.m.  This event will be held at the Plymouth County Fairgrounds.

A Journey Through Parkinson’s Disease is an educational program from Iowa State University Extension and Outreach focused on Parkinson’s disease, its effects, and possible treatments. The series consists of three, 45-minute sessions which include interactive lessons, discussions, and activities. There is a no fee for the program.

The 2019 Le Mars Sesquicentennial Pie Contest was held on Sunday, June 16th in Pioneer Village at the Plymouth County Fairgrounds as part of the Le Mars Sesquicentennial events.

    The Buy. Eat. Live Healthy is a free program that help parents provide nutritious food for their families, leading to healthy children and strong families

  • The number of overweight children (ages 6-11) has almost quadrupled in the past four decades and for adolescents (12-19) has tripled. This series of handouts is designed to help parents, communities, and childcare providers address the overweight issue.
