“As CPM interim director, Jody orchestrated significant growth in the unit,” noted Carol Heaverlo, assistant vice president for operations with Iowa State University Extension and Outreach.

She facilitated an expansion in the team of professional event planners, increased the number of events managed by CPM, broadened the client base and services offered, streamlined processes for increased efficiency, and successfully navigated a departmental rebrand.
