Educational Curriculum Kit Check-Out
Muscatine County Extension and Outreach has research-based curriculum kits to offer for check out, free of charge, to teachers, non-traditional educators, club leaders, and youth serving organizations. Each kit is equipped with multiple, easy-to-follow lesson plans and all non-consumable supplies required to carry out the activities. All consumable supplies are the responsibility of the party utilizing the kit.
Kits may be checked out for one month.
Before returning the kit, each organization is asked to complete a Group Enrollment form to provide us with the number and demographics of youth served.
Curriculum Kit Check-Out Process:
- Complete the online check-out form.
- Muscatine County Extension and Outreach office will reply with notice of availability.
- Curriculum kit will be available for pick up at the Muscatine County Extension and Outreach office.
- Before returning the kit, fill out the Group Enrollment form with number and demographics of youth served.
- Return completed form and kit to the Muscatine County Extension and Outreach office within one month of check-out date.
