What will you be doing…

•Choose a recipe  that is considered “ inappropriate” as a fair exhibit  from the following categories:

Main Dish, Salad, Side Dish, Dessert, Snack, or Other

•Decide on your main goal
•What other items would you serve with your chosen dish?
•Food Safety Issue?
•Approximate cost to prepare chosen recipe
•You may bring a maximum of 3 items already prepared (example grate carrots, chopped apples, boil eggs) These should be items that are time consuming.
•Prepare your equipment in advance and bring with you!
•Plan your stove and/or oven time period in advance
•Give estimated time of preparation

This will be a fun event for all involved! 
We will be providing basic kitchen appliances and equipment (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, large mixer).  We will provide basic ingredients (flour, salt, sugar, milk, eggs and water).  All other ingredients/utensils/bowls must be brought from home. 
Registration and more detailed information is available at the Extension Office.  Please sign up by  March 25th, and provide a copy of your recipe so that adequate materials will be available.
