Iowa 4-H has a State Youth Council, and many counties have a County Youth Council. Youth council members serve in youth leadership roles as ambassadors for the 4-H program.
Mills County 4-H Council
County Council is a leadership opportunity open to any current Mills County 4-H'er in grades 9-12! Meetings are held on the 3rd Sunday of the month at 5:00 PM, November-June.
Any 4-H'ers wanting to be part of the County Council must submit a completed application and resume. The application period is now closed for 2023-2024.
