Lina Rodriguez-Salamanca, ISU Fungi Specialist, will be discussing how to identify various mushrooms native to Iowa. She will also discuss resources available to you and answer any questions you might have. Program will be held at the Monona County Conservation, 318 Iowa Ave., Onawa
Jesse Knox will be presenting a workshop on how to inoculate, care for and harvest these delicious delicacies. You will have the opportunity to pound plug spawn into logs, cover the plugs with wax and take the logs home. https://www.extension.iastate.edu/wapello/
