We’ll start with a tour of our garden greens which include kale, spinach, collards, mustard greens, Swiss chard and Asian greens. Then, we’ll talk about how to grow greens and protect them from pests. We’ll end the night by learning why greens are so important in our diet and enjoy a tasty green salad.
