Iowa State Scott County Extension Master Gardeners announce their spring educational series designed for gardeners of all experience levels. All classes are open to the public.

It’s spring! What better way to enjoy your spring and summer than by growing your own produce!


Master Gardener Tom Monroe will teach you how to start your own veggie plants from seed. Learn the tricks used by life-long gardeners to provide for their family and friends. Grow all year long, and have fun.


A nominal $5 fee is charged for all classes (except Tree and Shrub Pruning), and refreshments will be available.
