Iowa State Scott County Extension Master Gardeners announce their spring educational series designed for gardeners of all experience levels. All classes are open to the public.

Butterfly and Hummingbird Gardens, Thursday, April 27, 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

An introduction to the butterflies of the Midwest, hummingbirds and other pollinators, and the annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees they enjoy in our gardens. Learn about the life cycle of butterflies and the role of our gardens in promoting these fascinating and important pollinators.

A nominal $5 fee is charged for all classes (except Tree and Shrub Pruning), and refreshments will be available.
